Our front yard was small, but they made the jump house fit and we had the best birthday party! They even said adults could enter! We will always use this family’s business for our kid’s parties.

We've tried a lot of different ideas over the last four years for my granddaughter's birthday parties, and Ninja Bounce House's unicorn house was by far the most brilliant!  We've had mini petting zoos, horse rides, barnyard themes and setups, and nothing kept the kids attention and made them happier than having their own bounce house in the yard.  All the others were only for a couple of hours, while we had the bounce house all day! Amer provided no cheap, mini bouncer like many advertise.  This is the kind of thing you'd find at any professional setup at an AMAZING PRICE!  He came out, set it up completely, quicker than lightning while we got the rest of the party set up, then came later in the day and packed it all away just as clean and neatly.  All we had to do was point to the electrical outlet. One other major consideration, many bounce houses we looked at took high amp outlets normal houses just don't have available (20 amps).  Ninja's houses work off a standard 15 amp outlet that is everywhere.  Definitely a winner. We will definitely be including Ninja Bounce House at all her parties in the future!

The equipment was beautiful and clean, with no issues at all. Drop off was friendly and pleasant, and we really appreciated that. I think the best part was your responsiveness and customer service. I really appreciated how pleasant everyone was and how you stayed on top of our order, especially when I had several questions and wanted to change a few things around. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and easy. The bounce houses were clean, in great condition, and the kids absolutely loved them! The setup was done on time, everything looked great, and the staff was friendly and professional. It made our party so much more fun and gave the kids hours of entertainment. They were super easy to communicate with and always got back to us as soon as they could whenever we had questions, whether it was through a phone call, email, or a last minute request.
