Are your rentals clean?

Yes. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected after each rental.

Do your units contain any lead?

No. Our inflatable vinyl is 100% lead-free and built to current safety standards.

What events do you serve?

Birthdays, schools, churches, HOA events, corporate picnics, fundraisers, grand openings, family reunions, and more across Orange County.

How does delivery work?

Standard: 1–3 hour window before/after event (free). Priority: 1 hour before setup and 1 hour after pickup (+$75).

Do I need a park permit or generator?

Most parks require permits. Unless the park provides a dedicated outlet, you must rent a generator from us; customer generators aren’t allowed.

What are access & setup requirements?

Within 100 ft of parking, 5 ft wide path, minimal steps (1–2 for small units), no stairs/slopes for larger units, flat level surface, clear path before arrival.

Each blower needs a dedicated 110–120V / 15–20A outlet within 50–100 ft. Wet units need a nearby faucet; we bring a 25 ft hose.

Safety & weather policy?

Adult supervision required at all times. Pause and deflate in sustained winds around 20 mph or during active rain as directed.

What is your cancellation policy?

72+ hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Once en route/loaded or setup begins, payments are non-refundable. Weather postponements may be allowed based on availability.

What is the Accidental Damage Waiver?

A required 7% waiver that helps cover accidental damage from normal use. Not insurance; excludes loss/theft, misuse, weather, or moving the unit.

When is payment due? Tax-exempt?

Deposit at booking; balance by delivery. Provide current tax-exempt documentation before payment to adjust your invoice.
