Yes. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected after each rental so your guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained, and safe experience.

No. Our inflatable vinyl is 100% lead-free and built to current safety standards. Your children’s safety is our #1 priority.

Birthdays, schools, churches, HOA and community events, corporate picnics, fundraisers, grand openings, family reunions—if you’re celebrating in Orange County, we’re in!

Standard (Free): Please allow a 1–3 hour window before your event for delivery/setup and a 1–3 hour window after for pickup. These times are outside your event hours so everything is ready when guests arrive.

Priority (+$75): Guaranteed within a 1-hour window before your start and 1-hour window after your end time. Priority deliveries are routed first.

Why delivery fees? They simply cover fuel, mileage, tolls, and crew time—we keep them minimal to ensure on-time, reliable service.

Please make sure the path from parking to setup area is ready before we arrive:

  • Distance: Setup area within 100 ft of legal parking.
  • Stairs/Slopes: Bounce houses: max 1–2 normal steps. No stairs and no slopes for combos, slides, obstacle courses, or large inflatables.
  • Path Width: Minimum 5 ft wide, free of tight turns, gates, or obstacles.
  • Clear Path: Move trash cans, furniture, toys, and vehicles; confine pets. Unprepared sites may incur wait-time/second-trip fees.
  • Surface: Flat, level ground free of sharp objects and sprinklers. Grass preferred; hard surfaces are fine (anchored with sandbags).

Power: Each blower needs a dedicated 110–120V, 15–20A outlet within 50–100 ft. Avoid sharing circuits with other heavy-draw items.

Space: Please allow the unit’s footprint plus 3–5 ft clearance on all sides and overhead.

Only on units specifically designed as “wet.” please have a hose ready. Dry-use units cannot be used with water.

Safety first. Inflatables should not be used in high winds or during active rain. If sustained winds reach ~20 mph, pause use and deflate until conditions improve; our team may refuse setup or advise shutdown if unsafe.

Per our contract: please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. After delivery is en route/loaded or setup has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Weather postponements may be accommodated at our discretion and subject to availability.

It’s required and not insurance. It helps cover accidental damage from normal use (e.g., minor tears, small repairs, reasonable cleaning). It does not cover loss, theft, misuse, prohibited substances (silly string, glitter, face paint, food/drink), weather/power issues, or moving the unit after setup.

Yes—continuous adult supervision is required for all inflatables. Please review and follow the posted/contract safety rules at all times.

Yes, we deliver to many public parks in Orange County, City of Long Beach. Most parks require permits/reservations; some require insurance certificates and our generator (customer generators aren’t allowed). Please confirm your park’s rules and let us know what documents are needed when you book.

Deposits are due at booking; the remaining balance is due by 24 hours before devlivery.

Parks, Permits & Generators

Planning a party at a public park? Most cities and regional parks require a permit or reservation for inflatables. Please secure your park’s approval before booking your rental.

Power at parks: Unless your park specifically provides a dedicated outlet for inflatables (rare), you must rent a generator from us. Customer-provided generators are not allowed for safety and reliability.

Tip: When reserving your space, ask the park if inflatables are allowed, what power options they have, and where our delivery truck can park for safe setup.

Water: Only on units designed for wet use. You need to provide a hose for water slides/combos; if your faucet is farther, please have another hose ready.

Safety & Weather

Adult supervision is required at all times. Pause use and deflate units during high winds or active rain (around 20 mph sustained winds) or as instructed by our team.

Cancellations & Rain Policy

Per our contract, please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Once delivery is en route/loaded or setup has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Weather postponements may be allowed at our discretion and depend on availability.

Accidental Damage Waiver (7%)

The Accidental Damage Waiver is required and not insurance. It helps cover accidental damage from normal use (e.g., small tears, minor repairs, reasonable cleaning). It does not cover loss, theft, misuse, silly string, glitter, face paint, food/drink, weather/power issues, or moving the unit after setup. You remain responsible for excluded causes and for replacement if equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair (see contract).
