I was skeptic at first given all the companies that are out there. I called Ninja House and spoke with Amer who was friendly with answering all my questions prior to any commitment. The day of the event he arrived and picked up on time and was quick with setup. He was very communicative before and after the event to ensure I was satisfied. All the kiddos enjoyed the Jurassic Park jumper. I’ll be sure to use Amer and Ninja Bounce house for any future services. I rented a bounce house and some tables & chairs for a backyard birthday party for my sons. Amer was so responsive to my calls and questions. The communication was top notch and I never had to worry if he was going to show up. He texted me the morning of delivery and said he was on his way. My kids LOVED the Paw Patrol bounce house! I will now book Ninja Bounce House for any kid parties I have in the future. I already referred Ninja Bounce House to a friend who will be hosting a kid’s birthday party next month. Ninja bounce went above and beyond especially, Amer, guy who saw I was interested and reached out to me fulfill all my jumper house needs that day. He made it super easy with it being my first time ever booking something like this for my brothers surprise baby shower. I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased without him.
