- Setup on grass preferrable. We can setup on Concrete or Pavement. $200 charge for surfaces where we cannot use stakes.
- Seats 40 people
- Customer responsible for choosing the location of the tent
- Required flat grass area with at least 5 feet clearance from all directions
- Please keep in mind underground utilities including septic, sprinkler, electric, etc
- Call 811 to mark your event area days before the event (It's a free service)
- 2-week cancellation notice required for all tent-related products
- Friday thru Sunday rentals are delivered a day before the event and removed a day after your event or the Monday after.
- Monday thru Thursday rentals are delivered a same day or a day before the event and removed a day after.
- Parks setup is done up to 4 hours before the event and removal within 2 hours after. Please plan your time accordingly making sure someone is available.
- There's $100 Charge for parks due to time sensitivity and special accommodations.
- There's $200 Charge for Asphalt and Concrete Setups due to needs to bring extra weights to hold the tents.
